You may call us at +1 (647) 460-0227, or email info@hiveimmigration.ca. If you are calling to book a consultation, be prepared to let our staff know where you reside, and what your availability is. Please make sure to specify if you are booking a video or a telephone consultation. If you choose to retain us for your immigration matters, we will begin the process by signing a Retainer Agreement. You will be provided with a copy.
The agreement will list:
- The work that will be performed
- A breakdown of the fee structure (how much you will pay and when). There is no hidden fee.
- Services and cost of other professionals (lawyers, translators, etc.) – if hired.
We are currently conducting all consultations via video or telephone.
A typical consultation lasts between thirty minutes and one hour. The duration of the consultation depends on the complexity of the case. Please note that there is no obligation or expectation that you will hire us for your immigration needs. The decision rests entirely in your hands.
No, we do not have agents and we have not authorized any individual and/or organization to represent us in Canada and/or abroad. If you are interested in using our services, please contact us directly.
Most of the clients that we represent reside outside Canada. Rest assured that no matter the distance, our team will handle all immigration matters both ethically and professionally.
